Gwenna Kadima is an award-winning, Toronto-based BIPOC Career Activator and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Consultant, partnering with organizations to offer culturally-relevant career development services for their Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC)-identifying talent, and consulting on sustainable Employee Resource Group (ERG) enablement and inclusive employee program design.
